In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist shoppers in our retail store, provide basic water testing and product recommendations, and support daily store operations. Retail Sales Associates can be full-time or part-time, making it a great fit for students or anyone looking for flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly in-store experience
- Ask questions and recommend pool products, chemicals, and accessories based on customer needs
- Perform basic pool and spa water testing and explain results clearly
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a natural, sales-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Willingness to learn pool products, water chemistry basics, and best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry pool chemicals and retail merchandise
