I’ve known the Gohlke family for many, many years, and I was aware of the great reputation that Matt has earned during that time. Even so, we were not prepared for the amazing customer service we received from the moment we made that first phone call to discuss our new pool. Wes Gohlke (no relation!) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful—he wasn’t afraid to give us suggestions whenever we were unsure about what would look best.
Before we signed on the dotted line, Matt came out to our house to look everything over himself—just like Wes, he provided invaluable feedback in order to overcome some of the challenges specific to our back yard.
Once the project got underway, Nathan Caldwell, walked us through everything step-by-step, so we were always aware of what to expect—there were never any surprises. He very patiently answered all my questions. Throughout all of this, all of work crews were professional, highly skilled, and respectful of our property.
Once we filled the pool Alexander Hughes took over and made sure the water was exactly the way it should be. He, too, was willing to explain things over and over, until I understood.
Our expectations were exceeded at every stage of the process, and we are very proud of our beautiful pool—thanks, Gohlke Pools!
