We buy all of our supplies from them! They are very friendly in the store. I've had a few issues with repairs they've done for me, like tile replacement. I wasn't really satisfied with it but they do always try to make it up in other ways. They fixed this area about 3 years ago.  I didn't feel that the guy really knew what he was doing. It didn't really look good at all. I called and he came back to fix it but within a year it started coming off again. I don't think the right grout was used. The original pool has been on there for 30 years so I don't know why the repair wouldn't last longer than a year or 2.

We have worked with several people at Gohlke. Evan, Daniel and Cody for pool maintenance and repairs. They are courteous and attentive. They listen carefully to issues or questions we have and take time to give us informative responses. Travis has repaired issues with the equipment and is very thorough and will the share information regarding the repairs. Korbin came and looked at our very old Thermospa. We decided that repairs would not be cost effective. He tried a couple of repairs but were unsuccessful. Korbin told me about spa removal and we made the decision that it was time for our hot tub to go. A week later Korbin and some other techs arrived on time and the spa was removed in less than an hour. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The team has been amazing in the entire pool process came up with a design I just love for my backyard. The selection process was not overwhelming. The construction team was there to make sure tasks were completed timely. They continue to help even after the build with questions. I continue to use them for the cleaning after the build. Wes Gohlke did an excellent job guiding us through the design process.  As first time pool owners, we relied heavily on Wes and his expertise.  Wes worked hard to keep us within budget and he provided options that kept the price point where we needed to be.  He did a great job trying to understand what we wanted and we’re very happy with final product. Gohlke Pools just finished our first pool and we are so pleased that we went with them. Wes was absolutely amazing as he worked very hard to design us the perfect pool for our family's needs. He was so patient with us and gave excellent ideas of what the pool should look like after hearing all our many wants. Wes was a computer wizard as he would make changes right in front of us and show us the side views of the pool so I could visualize the pool floor and the entire pool footprint. His many pictures of the design were wonderful so I could see the big picture of the pool, landscaping and the entire property! Wes was very creative and put in these cool benches with a step down from the side of the pool and one bench even has a foot rest which I love! His professionalism, kindness, communication style and skill in design was just what we needed. Thanks Wes for blessing our family with the perfect pool! It's incredible and I love every single color we picked out for the title, travertine, PebbleTec and stamped concrete! You were fabulous to work with! I would also like to thank Pablo for helping us with our hot tub purchase. He was so thorough in explaining all the tubs on the showroom floor. It was pretty overwhelming at first with all the details, but he was helpful in figuring out what we really wanted and what would best fit for the family. I appreciated his knowledge on each tub and patience as he repeated himself in answering all my many questions. Pablo did a great job in explaining how to care for the hot tub and we got one that would fit our budget. We love the tub we bought and have enjoyed it every day!
