Matt came out to reconnect the water feature line. I just wanted to say that he is a very polite person and he did a great job. He was polite and professional and I rarely come across people who have that caliber of manners. Also, in the past Sierra was able to help me get rid of black algae in our pool-other pool companies were not able to fix my problem.
