Jason has come out twice to service my pool and has been great both times. The first time a few weeks ago before the winter storm he replaced several screens and the manifold on my DE filter. After the freeze, I backwashed my pool and all the DE went right back into the pool. I called Gohlke thinking they would not be able to get someone out here for several weeks but was pleasantly surprised when Grant told me they would send someone in a few days. Jason came out and immediately felt bad for me because he had just replaced all those parts. However, after he went to service it he came back and seemed genuinely excited to tell me all was good and the freeze must have just pushed the manifold up and open. I have used Gohlke for 20 years and have always had great service. They are honest, dependable and professional.
