Pool Season is Near!
Pool season is near! Hopefully the last freeze of the winter is behind us, and the odds say that it is. According to Pete Delkus, the average last freeze in the DFW area is March 13th and the latest last freeze on record being April 13th. What Is Going On With This Weather?
I am sitting here looking out at ice on the pool deck—the result of the “thunder sleet” that just fell on March 2nd! Yes, March 2nd! In the past few weeks, we have been exposed to new weather phrases: first it was “polar vortex” and today I heard “thunder sleet”.
