Getting our pool done by the Gohlke Pools was the best decision we've made. Starting from the planning process Wes was very creative and came up with solutions that fit our needs budget and the space that we had. Communication was easy and we never had to wait for replies or feel that we weren't a priority. From the very first meeting we knew that Gohlke pools was the best choice from the few competitors we had spoken to. We had the privilege to also work with some other amazing people through out the building process. Nathan was the supervisor for the whole building process and definitely the best guy for the job! He had an answer to all our questions and i'm not going to lie, we had a lot of them (us both being engineers)!! :) And besides being our "go-to guy" we enjoyed hanging out at the construction site when we had the chance and just talk with him and his crew either about the project or sometimes just joking around! :) We were surprised that even though our backyard was "out-of use" for some months we enjoyed going through this whole process and seeing it develop step by step. Mostly it was because of the people we were working with and secondly the end result was a beautiful high quality pool that is now the focal point of our backyard and gives us so much joy in the Texas heat!! :) So thank you Gohlke Pools!!! :)

We are 100% satisfied and very happy with our entire project. We are new to Texas and this is our first pool. Our project consisted of the pool along with the outdoor kitchen and pergola. Being a significant investment, we did a considerable amount of shopping around before deciding to go with Gohlke, and we are happy that we did. The knowledge and professionalism stood out from the start, and the workmanship is second to none. From the beginning, Tim did an outstanding job guiding us through the design and selection process, until the end as Nathan supervised every detail of construction while promptly addressing any and all questions or concerns we may have had. I have a 6 year old pool that has been nothing but trouble since a month after it was installed. I called for a leak... issue could not run my pumps it was so bad. Told me two weeks before they could even come out to look or test. I had water bubbling up from the side of the pool. I had to dig the holes myself and called a plumber to look at pipes. Had another leak a year or so later. Both repairs with plumbers and other pool companies looking at the issues said the pipes were not even glued. Gohlke has pushed blame on me or the water after telling me to leave it alone or blaming it on anything else. Oh and don’t even try to call the store after you get through the automated system no one knows what the other one is doing. So when asked who should I get to build my pool I always reply anyone but Gholke.read more

We had Gohlke Pools out in 2018 do some repairs on our pool deck. They cleaned out and replaced the expansion joint... between the pool deck and surrounding concrete. The original work looked good. However it was a hot summer and after 2-3 months the joint started to expand and gaps emerged. Fast forward to March 2019. We called Gohlke and had a rep come out. He took some pics and said he would call with a determination to fix. Talked to Dale today and was told that the work was not covered by warranty anymore since they only give a 30 day warranty period for the work but they would come out to fix the problem BUT I would still have to pay, but at a discounted rate. My problem when they first looked at the job site, nothing was ever said about the probability of it not working nor did they suggest any other possible solution. So we paid over $700 for work didn't even last a year. Had their concerns that were expressed today in our phone conversation been related when they first came out we would have looked for a more permanent solution.read more
