Getting our pool done by the Gohlke Pools was the best decision we've made. Starting from the planning process Wes was very creative and came up with solutions that fit our needs budget and the space that we had. Communication was easy and we never had to wait for replies or feel that we weren't a priority. From the very first meeting we knew that Gohlke pools was the best choice from the few competitors we had spoken to. We had the privilege to also work with some other amazing people through out the building process. Nathan was the supervisor for the whole building process and definitely the best guy for the job! He had an answer to all our questions and i'm not going to lie, we had a lot of them (us both being engineers)!! :) And besides being our "go-to guy" we enjoyed hanging out at the construction site when we had the chance and just talk with him and his crew either about the project or sometimes just joking around! :) We were surprised that even though our backyard was "out-of use" for some months we enjoyed going through this whole process and seeing it develop step by step. Mostly it was because of the people we were working with and secondly the end result was a beautiful high quality pool that is now the focal point of our backyard and gives us so much joy in the Texas heat!! :) So thank you Gohlke Pools!!! :)

We are 100% satisfied and very happy with our entire project. We are new to Texas and this is our first pool. Our project consisted of the pool along with the outdoor kitchen and pergola. Being a significant investment, we did a considerable amount of shopping around before deciding to go with Gohlke, and we are happy that we did. The knowledge and professionalism stood out from the start, and the workmanship is second to none. From the beginning, Tim did an outstanding job guiding us through the design and selection process, until the end as Nathan supervised every detail of construction while promptly addressing any and all questions or concerns we may have had. The entire process was not only positive, but couldn't have been an overall better experience. We highly recommend Gohlke Pools.

By far a WONDERFUL organization to have built our dream pool/spa. From the planning all he way through to fillingwith water the team from Gohlke walked us through every step answering our NEVER-ending list of questions. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and eager to please us. We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend Gohlke Pools to anyone considering building a first time pool or redoing one. Quality and professionalism at its finest!!!!!?

Great pool company!! Have had nothing but a great experience with them! The staff/ techs are all very professional yet customer service oriented and friendly!! Collin was at the house recently for a heater issue and was great! Travis just left after replacing the Deck-O-Seal around the pool, he did a great job!! Highly recommend Gohlke Pools!!

Well we are in the process of getting our pool built and have been very happy. To start with our initial meeting with Wes was excellent. Wes new what he was talking about and made me want to work with Gohlke. To top it off Wes design was beautiful, he listened to what we wanted. Nathan as project mgr has kept us in the loop and been able to answer any question I’ve had. We are having a wonderful experience with Gohlke team and can’t wait for the end result of our pool.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating but as of now I can't. Everyone has been nice but the construction team has no communication skills! My husband and I decided to purchase a hot tub from them and had them complete the renovation in our backyard. Nothing crazy, just an extended patio, arbor and retaining wall. We signed our contract in May and it's still not done. Delay after delay with no communication unless I reached out. I know things come up and I've done my best to be patient but after the last delay I let the team know I was not happy. I called the shop and asked to speak to someone other than my project manager. Only to have him call me. I expressed my frustrations and he agreed and understood. He sent an email telling me the corbels on the arbor would be installed today and staining tomorrow. Then received an email stating the staining would be completed today. I just got home and guess what? They stained but no corbels. I'm done! This is so ridiculous. If you are looking to complete a smaller project, go somewhere else because your money will mean nothing to them. Not everyone can afford a $100k pool Gohlke!! So disappointed!

The quality and selection is spectacular but the service is off the scale wonderful. Based on their customer service alone we highly recommend them. Wes Gohlke will work with you on designing the pool of your dreams. Nathan was great and easy to communicate with during construction. We enjoyed the camera they provided during construction so that we could see the progress from our phones while away on vacation. We're extremely satisfied customers!!

I highly recommend Gohlke! We recently had a hot tub installed and worked with Wes and his team. From the beginning Wes has gone above and beyond to provide great customer service. It started with fielding the many questions we had, taking us to a clients house to see the hot tub we were interested in, at installation, they were punctual and great at teaching us how to use it and care for it. Even after delivery, Gohlke has come back to deliver some accessories needed and move the hot tub after we changed our minds on location. I work in the real estate business so I understand the importance of customer service and quality craftsmanship. Gohlke has blown me away with theirs!

From the very start when we met with a salesman to working with the site foreman to buying things from the store, we were treated VERY well by ALL. We couldn't be happier with our pool/hot tub combo! May not be the cheapest in town but I firmly believe you get what you pay for and to be perfectly honest I think we got exactly what we paid for AND MORE!!! Even their subs were great to work with especially the excavator, electrician and the entire landscaping crew. All were very professional and respectful of both us and our property. Great experience. Would definitely pick Gohlke again!!!!!

We inherited our Gohlke pool when we bought our new house. They have done a lot to help us get acclimated to owning a pool. My calls are always returned, questions answered and our pool is always sparkling clean when Dale leaves after our weekly pool cleaning!
